Site Supervisor

Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the Pearl Yard development in Bermondsey. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time and to specification.

Requirements

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in construction
• Valid CSCS card (gold or black)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• First Aid at Work certificate (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks
• Monitor progress against the construction programme
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Report to the Project Manager on progress and issues
