  • Consent — when you register for an account and submit your personal information, you consent to our processing of your data for the purposes described in this policy.
  • Legitimate interest — we have a legitimate interest in processing your data to fulfil S106 planning obligation requirements and to deliver employment and skills programmes for the benefit of the local community.

Who We Share Your Data With

We may share your data with the following parties:

  • Southwark Council — anonymised and aggregated data for S106 compliance reporting. Your individual identity is not disclosed in these reports.
  • Employers — when you apply for a position, your application details (including your name, contact information and CV) are shared with the relevant employer.
  • Google — we use Google Calendar for interview and event scheduling. Your name and email may be shared with Google when calendar invitations are created.

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for the duration of your active account plus one year after your last login or interaction with the platform. After this period, your data will be anonymised and retained only for statistical and reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
