Plant Operative (Skilled) — Pearl Yard Phase 2
Description
Greystar Group is recruiting for Pearl Yard Phase 2 in Southwark — an 84-unit residential development on a £28.5m budget. This role is generated from the scheme's Section 106 Employment & Skills Plan. Successful candidates will work on a Tier-1 contractor site under CDM 2015 with full toolbox-talk + induction. Roles are confirmed once the contract is awarded; expressions of interest are recorded against the scheme's local-hire target.
Requirements
- CSCS card: Blue Skilled
- Trade card: CPCS Blue
- Standard PPE (hard hat EN 397, S3 boots, hi-vis EN ISO 20471)
- Right to Work in the UK
